Protein Shakes for Every Season

With every season brings a new seasonal drink. With fall comes apple cider and pumpkin spice and summer brings fruity flavors and cold brews. Whether it’s fall, winter or summer, I have your favorite protein shake to go with the season!

Why Arbonne Products?

Protein

The Basics


1. Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Half of a banana

1-2 cups of almond milk

1 teaspoon of cacao powder


2. Iced Coffee

1-2 cups of almond milk

½ cup of freshly brewed coffee or 1 teaspoon of instant coffee



Spring Shakes


3. Green Machine

1-2 cups of almond milk

Handful of Spinach

1 cup of chopped apples

Summer Smoothies


5. Chocolate covered strawberry

1-2 cups of almond milk

1 cup of kale or spinach

½ banana

Fall Favorites


7. Apple Cinnamon

1-2 cups of almond milk

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 cup chopped apples

1 tablespoon flax seed


8. Pumpkin Spice

Pumpkin puree

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice

5-6 walnuts or almonds

Vanilla extract (to taste)

1-2 cups of almond milk





Winter Treats


9. Cookies and Cream (Cookies for Santa)

1 teaspoon maca powder

1 teaspoon cacao powder

1-2 cups of almond milk


10. Mint Cookie

1-2 cups of almond milk

Handful of spinach

Handful of mint (or Andes Mint chocolates for a little treat)
